Dan Licoppe possesses excellent understanding and appreciation of corporate culture and the need to balance institutional change with other competing interests. His vast experience as a manager, mentor, comedian and father provide him with exceptional insight on team leadership.

For over twenty years Dan worked in disability management which included leadership roles in large corporations like Canada Life and Manulife in Toronto and Great West Life’s head office in Winnipeg. In addition to BTP Solutions, Dan also works as a comedian, mentors young actors/comedians and coaches inner city youth tackle football.

Dan’s exceptional writing, presentation and speaking skills allows him to deliver information in a no-nonsense, palatable way that assists organizations in the way they need and lead people and organizations to achieve their goals.

Kathleen M. Boylan established a network of international contacts while building The Waste Reduction Store. Her network spans the world of green experts to access innovation, information and emerging legislation in the areas of green certification, carbon credits/offsets, composting, green products, recycling, water and waste treatment and food/water/soil security issues.

Kathleen’s knowledge of environmental issues is extensive and refreshing. While with The Waste Reduction Store Kathleen fielded numerous organizations, government workers, politicians, media, corporate and industry leaders with timely, reliable expert information about emerging green issues and trends, saving many from making decisions that could be costly.

Prior to establishing her own business Kathleen worked throughout Canada and the world in the areas of health, education, international development and media. Environmental issues were a key component of her work in health, education and international development. Her exposure to numerous cultures, languages and environment provides her with a unique perspective. Kathleen, a long time environmentalist, accesses relevant, innovative, and timely information that is not widely circulated.
