I. Simple Review:

This service is for clients who developed a green strategy and want an external, independent review. This brief review identifies green holes, provides feedback and highlights risks to be further researched by your team, if there are any.

II. In-Depth Review:

We start with a simple review. We evaluate the corporate vision and objectives that influenced your strategy. We then determine if and what type of further research is recommended and engage our network of international contacts to explore international solutions, evaluate their business case and adaptability to your objectives.

Our report will provide a thorough objective analysis of your team’s objectives; a critique of the objectives and the various solutions; make recommendations in light of other international solutions; and highlight emerging issues and legislation.

III. Development of Green Strategy:

This process is for organizations and institutions that want to develop a green strategy or product line but do not have the resources to do this internally. We assist you in developing a vision, long term objectives and a strategy for implementation that meets your budget. This consulting service is tailored to your needs.
